Media Logic Radio “Colder day Bill Pay” Promotion
Rules and regulations:
The “Colder Day Bill Pay” promotion will begin November 1, 2011 and run
through January 25, 2012.
Media Logic Radio will draw one winner per month. Drawing dates are as
follows: November 30th, December 28th, and January 25th.
In November Media Logic Radio will pay the winners car payment up to
$500, in December utilities up to $500 (utilities will include gas, water,
electric, and sewer) and in January a house payment or rent up to $1000.
These prizes will be for the total debt amount and not necessarily for face
amounts listed. For example if your car payment is $320.00 Media Logic
Radio will pay that amount, not $500.
Listeners may only win one time during this promotion. Distribution of
prizes will be within three business days from the day Media Logic Radio is
presented with proof of expenses.
Media Logic Radio management, employees and employee families are not
eligible to win. Sponsors and their management are not eligible to win,
however, employees are. Employees of sponsoring businesses are only
allowed to enter in other sponsoring businesses and not their place of
employment. Each sponsoring business will have the registration box for
one day during the promotion.
Winner without a car, utilities, or house payment will receive 50% of the
prize money for that drawing.
Must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
Media Logic Radio management will serve as the official judge of this
promotion.
Winner of prizes will be responsible for any taxes associated with the
promotion.
Winner will provide Media Logic Radio with original documents to prove
expenses incurred.
