My mom has been through a lot in the last year and I feel she deserves this.  Last April her husband, my
dad, passed away and since then things around the house have needed repair.  The grass is dying and
our sprinkler system broke.  Our dream yard would be a green lawn with a sprinkler system that works.  I
want my mom to come home at night and have a beautiful yard to enjoy!

The yard our family spent many fun-packed summers in, sadly deteriorated, as I was a working single
mother going to nursing school. Our yard looks hopeless; it's full of red ants, wasps, weeds, and goat
heads. I'm now newly remarried and the grandmother of an 18 month old who lives with us. She would
love to go out and play, but it is too hazardous. With a declining economy my husband's business is
suffering profoundly and money is tight. We would all love nothing more than to spend time together in a
beautiful yard.

We moved to Colorado a couple of years ago and have been working on our yard since then.  Along the
way, we added a little girl to our family…she’s now crawling and will be walking soon!  What looked like
opportunity originally now looks more like safety issues.   Dirt is eroding and we can’t get anything to
grow in some areas…we need HELP!  Our first priority is safety and longevity…followed by great
landscaping!

My place has a major need for a make over.  The yard has little but weeds, the areas with rock or wood
chips needs completely redone, the yard needs a sprinkler system and low maintenance landscaping and
lawn that is low maintenance and a nice place for my grandkids to play.   When they come over, they like
to go outside but I have alot of goatheads and sandburs so it makes it hard for them to be able to play. My
place is on a major road south of Ft. Morgan so having a complete makeover would be an asset not only
to me and my grandkids but to the community as a whole.  Having low maintenance landscaping would
make the long term care of the yard much easier.  I would appreciate the opportunity to work with you and
the businesses in the area. Thank you.

We are a young family that is in need of a Paradise Makeover for our backyard!   We have four children
(ages 2-8) who currently cannot enjoy the space because it is nothing but a tree, garden and dirt.   Since
we moved to our home, 1 year ago, we have been busy with needed updates to the house itself and in
doing so have not be able to make the backyard kid friendly, or usable. We have cleaned it up quite a bit
and purchased sections of fencing (four feet high, wood) and have yet to have the time to put it up.  It's a
great large space where we would love to see grass, a deck, plants, flowers and a play area for our
children.

This lawn of mine is full of holes,
From rotting roots or maybe moles?
No lawn for me as smooth as glass,
But bumps and lumps are in my grass!

These mystery holes do haunt my dreams,
I fear I'll fall in one, it seems!
I visualize a welcome guest,
Will break a bone and then request -

That I be sued to the full extent,
And punished dearly ere I repent!
Oh woe is me, what shall I do?
My only hope remains with you!

A single mom is what I am,
With no clear way out of this jam.
A place for friends and family dear,
Is what I wish for, can you hear?

Seriously - my lawn is a law suit waiting to happen and totally uninspired -
maybe a backyard patio, rock garden, anything would be an improvement -
PLEASE HELP!!.
